Once the warehouse has administered your order (1-2 days), delivery can take up to 1-7 Business days* and up to 10 Business days* during promotional periods, such as Christmas. (*In major metro areas and capital cities).

Returns

If in the unfortunate case your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you can send it back to Generation Earth within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

If you change your mind, please contact orders@marketmakersacc.com.au and we will help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note: the return shipping cost isn’t covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Generation Earth packaging.

Exchanges

We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please reach out to orders@marketmakersacc.com.au for help.

Product Returns Form

We hope your Generation Earth product is perfect for you, but if you do need to return it, contact us for a product return form, and return it with your item(s) within 14 days.

Important

We can only exchange or refund products purchased from www.generationearth.co. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.

All items to be returned must be in the original packaging and will be inspected prior to any exchange being issued. If it is not in its original packaging no refund can be given.

We are unable to refund you for any postage cost back to Marketmakers Accessories for change-of-mind returns.

We advise you get a proof of postage or use a tracking service as we can only refund items that we receive, and we are not responsible for returned items lost in the post.
